stay young

We are surprised by the news that some people show up in one kind young status which look much younger than their age. And we believe there is some reason for the young looks. At the age of 25, after we are totally grown. The body start to have some difference than we used to be. We would be full of energy we used to be. We also can not stay up the whole night for the party. The body is trying to tell us we need to care about it. But what and how can we do to keep our body in the young and energetic? Here are some our suggestions.

1,Sports

Our body is like one delicate machine. It have a power source ,linkwork and many small but usefull wire. But sometimes we do not use it. And that may cause breakdown. The body is a great work of the nature. But we should use it frequently.Or some of our body parts would have the problem. For example, most of the back disease is caused we sit too long on the chair. The neck problems usually have some connection with our office jobs. And life with few sports would bring us the fat and usually would cause heart and high blood fat problems. It is like one chain that would cause a bunch of problems. And all that is because we do not do the sports. So the sports is important in our life. Keep doing the sports would keep us healthy.

2,the emotion

We used to notice that most of the people look younger than their age have a stable mood in their daily life. Most of their time they are smiling while talking with people. They have a good mood during their life time. They never get angry or they can take things easy. That would make them sleep well and keep them away from the heart disease. This is one important thing to keep peace in your mind. Because anger is one kind bad disease for our body.First , it would raise our blood pressure. This would cause the serious heart disease. And that would also influnence our other organs. So above all, keep in a good mood is important for a healthier and yonger life.

3,food

The junk food contains large numbers of trans fat. This would cause serious health problems. It is hard to be taken by our body system. And it would bring us cancer too. The fried chicken contains the high temperature cooked protein. This is bad for our body. Vetgetables, fruites and the normal protein is the best for our health. So stay away from the junk food. 

This is some secrets to keep us look young.
