The sports is one important part in our daily. We
can find most people running in the gardens, they
usually have a good body shape. And they have a he
althier body. It is not because they are different
from us. It is because they are doing the sports.
And the sports keep them young and healthy. So we
should join their team to do sports every day. So
me people say I have to work 8 hours one day. But
that is not an excuse. We can still have enough ti
me in the night. After the supper in the night, we
can run 1-2 miles around. It is a good sport for your body.
And burn the fat we have each day. So you should b
e exciting to do the sports. But first of all, we
should prepare something for the sports.
For the sports, we should wear the clothing which
can make it good enough for move. Luckily, as more
and more people are taking part in the sports, th
e sports brands are widely known. They use their t
echnology and design to make the clothing fit for
the sports. For the running, we should choose some
shoes which can take the stress from the ground t
o our knees. So the shoes with the thick sole or t
he air sole is a good choice. And secondly, the wo
men should choose the sports bra for running. As t

el more comfortable than the normal bra. And for t
he sports, we should also prepare some good leggin
gs. It is called leggings but in fact it is not ju

avoid the muscle strain. In order to protect ours
